This is my post for Illustration Friday this week. Here are two pages from a dummy I am working on about the death of a family's dog. * Sniff, sniff.* CommentsJust beautiful...I was misting up looking at this. I just recently lost my dog that I've had since I was 10 years old (she was 19!)...I miss her a lot and still walk around the house talking to her...like a crazy person, but I'm not used to her not being here. Oh Red. I am so sorry for your loss. It sounds like your dog led a long, wonderful life with you. But I know that that does not help your sadness go away. I am surprised how many people mentioned the same thing about talking to their animals once they are gone. I too am guilty of it. It takes a long time. Thank you for your kind words about my work!
